📦 Returns

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Sale or discounted items

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
  • If your return is approved:
    • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping will be free
  • If you are returning the item for personal reasons, shipping costs will be your responsibility

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used
  • The product is damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after 7 days
